What is your return policy?We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized/ custom items. If you have any issue with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can address any issues you may have by completing the form below. Non personalized items are eligible for returns or exchanges. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by completing the form below and mailing it back to us within 7 days. Any items on clearance or sale including the use of coupon codes are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is the general turnaround time.All items are made to order. It generally takes 3-5 business days for cake toppers/accessories. 7-10 days for signage excluding neon signs which take 10-14 business days to process. Please review the product listing description for specific turnaround time. Shipping is not included in the processing time.

Do you make custom orders?Yes, we can depend custom orders depending on the request. Please complete a Custom Order Inquiry form and someone will be in contact with you in 1-2 business days for additional details and pricing.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
